Teleman Hot List - Just in:

1999 Gretsch Historic Streamliner - Another great Gretsch - model G3151 Streamliner from the Historic series. These archtops were made just prior to Fender purchasing the Gretsch company, and this example is in excellent condition. A USA Bigsby has been added, but we can convert it to the original "G" tailpiece if desired. The Dynasonic pickups have a great range of tones - from mellow to punchy single-coil. Comes with original Gretch Historic logo'ed gig bag. - $749

1949 National Lap Steel and Amp - Rare and early National Lap Steel and Amplifier set. There are three photos, so be sure and look at them all. The lap steel case is made of the same tweed as the amp covering - ultra cool! One knob replaced on the steel, all else original. I believe this was called the woodbody steel, and was produced in the 40's. The amp is completely original and works - we went through and cleaned the jacks and tube sockets. This set has a real nice tone - very rare and collectible. - $649

2004 Gretsch 6120 Junior - Gorgeous 6120 Jr in like new condition. Gretsch orange finish with gold hardware, Bigsby, and flame maple headstock overlay. This is a full scale neck on a smaller body than a 6120 - made in Japan with parts, fit, and finish matching Gretsch's high end guitars. It is very comfortable to play due to the smaller body. This guitar has no wear, plays great and nails the Gretsch Filtertron tone. Comes with original Gretsch hardshell case. - $1249

1972 Fender Stratocaster - Great playing 1972 Stratocaster with some modifications. Has a Kahler Tremelo installed, gold tuners and jackplate (to match trem) and Lindy Fralin pickups. Had a string lock installed, now removed. Given the value of an original 72, we considered restoring this guitar or parting it out on ebay, but for now we are selling it complete because it has a great feel and sound. Comes with a molded Fender hardshell case. - $1199

2007 Gibson ES-335 - Recent 335 in Cherry satin finish. This guitar is in excellent condition, completely original and comes with the hardshell case. Nice feeling neck and warm Larry Carlton tone. These sell new online for $1999, save $700! - $1299

2008 June Update - Check out the Amps page for an early MusicMan 212HD130 and a killer Fender special edition White Lightning Hot Rod Deluxe. The Electric Guitars page has a Gretsch 6120Jr and Historic Streamliner, a Gibson ES-335, a 1972 Fender Stratocaster with some mods, and an early, rare National Lap Steel and Amp set. More cool gear on the way, including an early PRS Custom 24. - $0

2001 Fender 62 Reissue Stratocaster - Nice USA Vintage Reissue series guitar in rare Dakota Red finish in excellent condition. Has two minor touchups by the neck plate, which are only noticeable due to a slight color mismatch. Completely original, including the 60's strap and comes in the original brown hardshell case. This guitar plays great and is priced right. - $999

1961 Gretsch Country Club - A beautiful and rare vintage Gretsch with a natural finish showing off the nicely grained spruce top. This guitar is completely original with the exception of period-correct original style Grover tuners added. This guitar is in excellent condition, with minor playing wear on the back of the neck. All the binding is in great shape, the neck is straight (never reset). I purchased this guitar from the second owner, who bought it from his lead guitar player in 1964, so I was able to verify the guitar's entire history. Features include Filtertron pickups, thumbprint inlays, zero fret, bound f-holes, 3-way pickup selector, tone switch, master volume and individual pickup volume controls. This was a top-end guitar for Gretsch - check out the multi-ply binding and the classy black finish treatment on the back of the headstock. Comes with original hardshell case that shows some edge wear, but structurally sound. - $3599
